Byrne Coghills Creek Pinot Noir 2020

Share

A neat little Pinot from Ballarat showing the earliest stages of secondary development, but it remains driven by its primary fruit characters. The nose has an appealing combination of savoury and subtle mushroom aromas. A trace of black cherry releases as it breathes. The palate has excellent depth and a powerful frame supported by integrated tannins and well-managed oak.  Make sure you decant it first or at least let it breathe.
