Give it some consideration if you like a little more age-worthiness in your Cabernet, otherwise it’s drinking super well right now. The herbal presence is strong and immediate in rosemary, thyme, pepper with blackcurrant, a touch of black olive savouriness, licorice and dusty earth. And violets, can’t forget the aromatic lift of the violets. Clearly, the fruit is the star. The volume of fruit flavour, the velvety texture, the regional generosity and varietal intensity all housed in a medium-bodied wine is impressive. Fab value.
