Summer strawberries and dried goji berries. Red toffee apples and cumin spice. A haze of cinnamon and maple candies. There are dried autumn leaves and some red tea leaves. The palate has a steep arch of cranberry and then rests its laurels on cherry pit and some amaro bitterness that adds another level of detail. It’s crunchy and fun and that orange oil and burdock root savourness is quite addictive. Drink now with slippery udon noodles in a well made dashi broth.
