Cloudbreak Nouveau Collection Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Fresh dill, green kiwi and lime skin. There is a lemongrass freshness that plays well with slivers of aloe and agave, this greenery is held in check by some white pineapple tropical fruit that widens on the palate. A succulent and smacky line of acidity that bends to the curt dryness right on the finish. It’s puckering and benevolent in its Sauvignon touch points. A balletic almond meal cream echoes long after the glass is put down. It’s Adelaide Hill Sauvignon Blanc, that’s for sure and it’s pretty as a picture. Drink now with microplaned brussel sprout salad, basil, pine nuts and a snow storm of Grand Padano cheese.
