Cloudbreak Sparkling Blanc de Noir Adelaide Hills NV

Share

This is brimming with wild strawberries, baked plum and rhubarb tart and vanilla and cinnamon scrolls. It’s bursting with white nectarine, Pink Lady apples and lemon creams. This is pure happiness in a bottle and the kind of wine that almost everyone can get behind. A firm bead and dollop of nectarous sweetness, vibes are high and so is its red fruit generosity. Dosage befits the character, there is a simplicity too that is attractive and captivating.  A wine like this is hard to do, and it’s been crafted with precision and joy. For the price point this is excellent value. This would be a treat with some pancakes and fruit, the perfect brunch wine or fruity bubbles for a friend’s weekend away. Drink now and remember how good life can be.
