Colab and Bloom Montepulciano 2021

Fresh picked violets, black cherry and mulberry aromas are layered with olive tapenade, thyme and rosemary. Crushed granite and clove studs then rise with peaky acidity and integrated tannins. A cola spice bitterness rounds out the fruit on the finish. This medium bodied wine has plenty of room for pairing with interesting dishes – try Moroccan chicken with lemon zest, black olives and cous cous.
