Colab & Bloom McLaren Vale Bianco 2022

Share

The Bianco is a slightly spritzy, quite silky and very approachable blend of Vermentino and Pinot Grigio. It shows surprising heft on the palate with its medium+ body, whilst the mix of characters – lemon, grapefruit, pear, peach, melon and green pepper – make it a nice choice as a chilled summer sipper or for pairing with seafood, cheese or salty/oily dishes.
