Common Molly McLaren Vale Grenache 2022

Share

These are the first releases of a new side project from Auld Family Wines. They are unashamedly made for a good time, not a long time, and champion Grenache’s natural drinkability. This version from McLaren Vale offers up plush aromas of dark cherry and fruit pastilles, it’s a bit of an allround fruit bomb with touches of new leather adding interest. The palate is then soft and supple, with drying tannins adding backbone and grip before a meatiness rises up on the finish. It’s your classic, easy-drinking barbecue red.
