A medium-bodied yet quite generous Cabernet from McLaren Vale. Opens with classically defined Cabernet characters of blackberry with some nice cedar-y oak and a touch of gum leaf. The palate is still quite tightly held with smooth, seamless tannins and a lick of oak to hold things together. Drinking beautifully now, but a little time in the cellar will certainly bring out more characters.
