Cooper Burns Cabernet Sauvignon 2014

A 10-year-old Cabernet that is starting to show some really attractive developed characters. The nose reveals a combination of leather and library book nuances with some nice dark chocolate and riper dark plum and black currant. It’s seamlessly integrated with fine chalky tannins folding a controlling line to the finish.
