Cooper Burns Sterling Shiraz 2019

A generous and soft Barossa Shiraz treated with kid gloves to gently coax the best from this excellent fruit. Aromas combine spicy red and slightly blue fruits with a little mulberry richness. The palate is supple with fine chalky tannins and well-managed creamy vanillin American oak. The oak is very much subordinated, and the generosity of the effortless palate is the feature.
