The Adelaide Hills puts on another stellar chardonnay display with delightful, signature cool climate crispness and a running thread of summer stone fruits.
Aromas of white peach, ripe nectarine, grapefruit pith, nougat, mango skin. It all sounds pretty inviting and it is.
There is a measure of richness to the palate in the creamy, lemon curd- custard texture and nuttiness, but the acid test lies in the balance that is also on display.
There is good line and length here which will keep this wine in super stead going into the future.
