Pertaringa Belonging to The Hills Reserve Shiraz 2023

A power-packed expression of McLaren Vale Shiraz. The colour is a deep reddy black. The aroma shows spicy cherry and, of course, that dark plumminess which is a varietal character. It’s super concentrated and plush with generous and intense fruit flavours emerging. Those primary plummy cherry characters are complemented by a rich dollop of dark chocolate and an ever so faint earthy dustiness that provides further complexity. Seamless, chalky, slightly gravelly tannins play a supporting role while the oak is neatly integrated.
