The Lane Provenance Pinot Blanc 2021

Share

It is fantastic to see more and more Pinot Blanc vineyards around the country which in the right hands can craft elegant and subtle wines which should appeal to fans of the classic Australian dry style of riesling. Very pale straw colour – this is an understated and quite varietal example from the Adelaide Hills with freshly cut pear and citrus aromas plus more than a dash of chalky complexity. The palate is dry, light weight and precise with some textural richness underpinning layers of subtle citrus and floral fruits before a lingering finish – a great introduction to the variety.
