Hentley Farm MC Barossa Valley Riesling 2021

Share

Fermented in seasoned oak barrels, this is from the Mount Crawford vineyard in the Southern Barossa Valley. Lemon pith aromas, chamomile tea with bees wax and smokey undertones. The palate is sleek and seamless with honeydew melon and nectarine. Slightly fuller around the back end with some toastier nuances in the mix, giving a more savoury flavour profile and pillowy texture. Super classy, a wine that continues to evolve in the glass and I keep coming back to it. Super delicious drinking now and I definitely need some Thai green curry in my life. Bring on the heat!
