Coulter Wines Perihelion Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir 2023

Another from the line of sustainable wines, this Adelaide Hills Pinot is a pale crimson colour. On the nose, we have spices, herbs, undergrowth notes, warm earth, plums and cherries. A fine line of acidity running the length. Quite a savoury style here, with sappy notes from the inclusion of whole bunches. This is a mid-length wine, with a gentle lingering finish. Fresh and with good energy, enjoy it now and over the next three years.
