Deep ruby with that classic red brick edge — stunning. Pressed violets, bark, and old leather. It doesn’t look developed, but it’s got that “seen some things” wisdom — maybe that’s thanks to the 80-year-old vines. Blackberry, plum, and the other usual suspects. Spent 36 months in a curated mix of French and American oak. Adding to the cocoon of spice and savoury depth and polish. Full-bodied, but not heavy. This one’s in it for the long game.
