Curtis Heritage Shiraz 2021

McLaren Vale Shiraz from a great vintage is a joy and this is a superb example. A vibrant dark purple colour, the nose exhibits notes of blackberries, chocolate, coffee beans, spices, plums, graphite and cocoa powder. The wine has focus and direction, is well balanced with a line of fine acidity and satiny tannins, and has impressive length. The palate sees the emergence of notes of blueberries and more chocolate and plums. A most attractive wine for enjoying over the next ten to twelve years.
