Curtis Pasha 2022

The fruit is sourced from 60 year old vines. Matured in French and American oak barrels for 24 months. This is woody and grounded in savoury spice. Clove, cumin and brandy cask. A curl of licorice, plum and Christmas cake aromas. Intensely punchy the palate reflects the rich spice and vanilla bean notes firmly on the palate. For those that love the warm rich tones of charred barrels, invoking nostalgia of seasonal gatherings around open fire. This brings orange rind, vanilla scented candles and lashing of chocolate to mind. A big, bold intensely flavored red wine. Drink now or let the tannins soften over the next 3-5 years.
