Dalrymple Single Site Pipers River Pinot Noir 2021

This compelling 2021 single vineyard Pinot Noir is my favourite from the current releases which radiates with a strong savoury seam thanks to layers of dusty, earthy, new leather aromas underscored by musky plums and fine French oak. Excellent concentration to start with juicy acidity and a plume of lacy tannins that build through to a spicy finish. Strong definition and tension will see this age well.
