An abundance of raspberry, black cherry and blackcurrant. Dr pepper and cola spices continue on the palate with a hint of dried thyme and sage. Juicy acidity leads to sappy tannins that represent those mediterranean varieties and support a variety of cuisines. Chorizo grilled on Turkish bread, enough said.
