Delamere Cuvée 2018

With a super fine bead, this is another top sparkling from one of the Apple Isle’s top sparkling producers. A floral fragrance rises in grapefruit, quince, baked apple, brioche and toasted almond. Strikes a cool climate nerve on the palate, a real tartness and plenty of tension in acidity that is firm. An attractive aperitif with some savoury aspects in preserved lemon and crystalline fruits among the citrus and baked apple, dried pear, amaretti biscuits and pastry. Lingering flavours.
