Delatite Mansfield White 2023

This is a real Heinz blend of different varieties, dominated largely by a punchy Sauvignon Blanc and a steely thread of cool climate riesling. It’s refreshing and defined, with slightly melony, spicy fruit characters on the nose and palate. The inclusion of Chardonnay has given it palate weight and structural integrity. It’s drinking beautifully now.
