Domaine Alzipratu Fiumeseccu Rosé 2021

A blend of the local Sciaccarellu and Niellucciu made by Pierre Acuaviva who is reimagining the indigenous wines of Corsica. Here he captures the freshness of red berried fruit like hull strawberries, cranberry and stewed rhubarb by fermenting in stainless steel. There is a raspberry yogurt creaminess on the palate with intensity of orange citrus and a touch of Li Hing Mui spice. Elegant and delicate with long flavour length, this is Rosé for pairing alongside salmon gravlax or equally a shellfish tower and a great view.
