Has to be the drinkability capital of Australian wine. This one delivers with all that you want. Plenty of ripe, plummy fruit flavours, a little bit of spice, dark cherry and chocolate, and it all knits together harmoniously, with fine tannins and a subtle use of oak. There’s a brightness and energy here, with a slightly chalky addition adding to the textural feel on the palate. It’s just delicious drinking.
