Mount Mary Pinot Noir 2023

This 2023 Pinot Noir is delightful, so delicate, perfumed and pure with layers of undergrowth lifted by red cherry and red licorice, all beautifully composed. Balance is the key here, powdery tannins and ethereal flavour teasing, and holding their line through a very long, fine finish. A delicious wine that whispers rather than shouts.
