Elderton Shiraz 2022

The fruit comes from three Ashmead vineyards in the Barossa. It turned out to be a pretty good vintage with wines showing excellent deep concentration of flavours. This one captures that perfectly. Really vibrant, lively aromas of spices and plum with deeper blackberry characters. The palate is quite brilliant with spices and chalky minerals complementing the vibrant, energised flavours of plum and dark cherry. The oak is a combination of French and American.
