Epic Negociants The Apollonian Margaret River Chardonnay 2021

 The Apollonian theory in Greek mythology apparently brings together opposing gods and brothers, which ties in neatly with this wine, entwining generosity and elegance. A yellow straw hue. Lifted aromatics, some cashew oak notes still evident at this early stage, peaches and figs, stone fruits and apricots and a touch of lemongrass. With a rather chewy texture with good concentration and medium length, this is still very young and will continue to improve. Enjoy over the next four to six years.
