From a single vineyard, the colour here is an attractive russet red. The nose provides hints of savouriness, with aromas of leaf litter, warmth earth, animal skins and mushrooms. These are supported by aromas of cherries and coffee grinds. An attractive supple texture with sleek tannins on the finish. This wine has decent length ti enjoy this over the next four to six years.
