Yering Station Shiraz Viognier 2021

Share

98% Shiraz and 2% Viognier. Lilac and violet blooms with bilberry and mulberry compote. Intensely concentrated black and purple fruits with highlights of tonka bean, caraway seed and cocoa bean. It’s edible in its palate chew and jam packed fruit weight with velvety tannins and a rounded finish. A sexy wine that delivers all the lust of Shiraz with a refreshing facelift from the minuscule splash of Viognier. Drink now and will cellar for up to 3 years. Serve with slow cooked oxtail in a meaty jus.
