The palate walks a fine tightrope of glorious sweetness and clean, mouth-watering acidity. Sticky? You bet! Flavours are electric and unctuous and deliciously layered. There’s a spiciness, too, among the orange marmalade, citrus peel, lime and honeyed beauty of it all. Delish!
