Gartner Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

The colour from this Coonawarra Cabernet is immediately striking, deep garnet and red. The nose reveals a lovely perfume of violets and blackcurrant, so typical of this region. And then the palate releases with deeper notes of dark plum, cherry, and that black currant, slightly bay leaf character. This is a stylish and impressive wine from a good season. Showing wine of tremendous depth and concentration, but above all, supreme balance. Excellent wine.
