Old vine Barbera, with some over 100 years old. 100% stainless steel. Cherry skin, morello cherry, graphite, blood plum, fennel seed, and cinnamon. Positive restraint to the palate, with notes akin to the nose – vibrant morello cherry, cinnamon, dried cherry, and a glimmer of spice. Nice flow and glide through the palate, with integrated acidity and gossamer tannins carrying the fresh fruit notes through. This balances brightness, depth, and complexity beautifully.
