Winmark Hunter Valley Single Vineyard Reserve Chardonnay 2022

Share

I didn’t have any info on which exact vineyard this wine originated from, but after the first several sniffs, that info became less important anyway as I focused on its delightfulness. Attractive aromas of white flowers predominated, with touches of apricot and peach, with creaminess and toastiness from the oak and some nuttiness from bottle age. The palate is alive with flavour and acid, and a salty core that I always love. Another Winmark wine that will reward extended cellaring, but why wait?
