Gioiello Estate Old Hill Chardonnay 2024

This cooler climate Chardonnay from an excellent vintage showcases the qualities of this vineyard in the Upper Goulburn. It was wild fermented in oak and then had 8 months on lees helping to build in texture and richness while retaining the fine precision of crisp acid and linear palate design. The combination of lemon zest and roasted cashew provides an engaging palate, while the balancing defining acid gives it focus. Nice wine.
