Grant Burge Nebu 2023

Share

Within the Grant Burge “Wines of Distinction” range, this is their Great Australian Red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, all Barossa which suggests there may be some Eden Valley sourced fruit included. The Cabernet leads both the nose and palate, redolent blackberry notes with a chocolate side hustle and faint caramel creaminess giving mouth filling richness with a tiny background waft of mint as well adding to the complexities. No shirking in terms of the tannin profile, however, a fair swathe of palate coating adds weight and promise of worthwhile cellaring potential.
