Gundog Estate Indomitus Albus Semillon 2025

This 2025 Semillon, fermented in barrel and tank, with some extended maceration on skins is subtle and multilayered while still weighing in at 10.5% alcohol illustrating a classic early pick. Layers of hay and citrus are lifted by oak spice and touches of more exotic tropical tones. Dry, linear and well composed, with supple phenolic texture and acidity finely balanced. Approachable for a young Semillon while a fine lingering finish suggests it will also age well.
