This single vineyard wine is sourced from a site planted in the 70s. So, it’s getting to that level of maturity that delivers consistently year after year. It is also a good barometer of the vintages. It’s a cool site anyway, but when you get a slightly cooler vintage like 21 the result is a wine of delicacy and power, which clearly comes from the Gingin clone. Creamy stone fruit with a chalky minerality provides line and length.
