You can just feel the potential in this wine. Fruit tightly coiled over a backbone of firm acidity with superb length and balance, but it does need time to realise its full potential.

Pale straw in colour, there is delicious aromatic delicacy and precision to start – floral, mineral and bath salts, pristine and tightly focussed. That precision is also reflected on a dry and fine palate; laser beam acidity with spicy, citrus flavours driving through to a long and mineral tinged finish. Razor sharp balance ensures serious staying power over the medium term.
