This 2021 Barossa Shiraz is very user-friendly with approachable layered aromas of mulberry, cherry and dried herbs with gently sweet oak in support. It amps up with richer flavours, a convincing mouthfeel before delivering a balanced open knit finish. A more elegant Barossa expression but well delivered.
