Hirsch Hill Toolangi Chardonnay 2024

A lovely lighter lighter-bodied Chardonnay offering a compelling package of fine, pristine fruit with just the right touch of winemaking influence to enhance. The nose is a lemon scented brioche combination with a faint edge of flinty struck match. Savoury and slightly cashew creaminess add to the textural feel on the palate. Its 20% new oak brings just a little spicy lift to the finish, making for a nice wine.
