An addition to the Holm Oak range designed to highlight the outstanding fruit qualities coming off the vineyard. So, no new oak and no whole bunch fermentation, but it was all wild fermented, hand plunged and pressed into oak for 10 months. Bright and cheerily aromatic with engaging floral cherry and strawberry nuances. The silky-smooth palate is effortless and long with a fine natural acidity doing its thing to sustain the finish. Love it.
