Water light colour. Crisp aromas of pear, lemon zest and green apple lead the aromas with a touch of sweet blossom in the background. The palate is fresh and fruit forward, with notes akin the nose bouncing around the mouth in a playful and uncomplicated aesthetic and tart green apple acidity through the finish. This won’t speak to the heart, and nor is it designed to, but it hits the fruity and fresh markers it’s aiming for. A drink and don’t think vibe here. A thirst quencher in the summer sun.
