Joseph River Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Raspberry, blackcurrant and pomegranate. Cedar, maple leaf and tree bark. Blood plums and wild fig. A caraway and nutmeg spice, with chocolate powder and coffee grinds. Showcasing the moderate body of Margaret River fruit with a red fruit core and goji berry lift. Tannins are sandy and acidity pulls at the length. Savoury red bean and pine mushroom shining through. Drink now and will cellar another 3-5 years. This would be beautiful with a paprika paella topped by charred chorizo.
