Juxtaposed Mataro Rosé 2025

This serious Rosé is pale salmon pink in colour and a little shy as a young wine thanks to time in oak, puncheon and barrique. It is quite complex with rose water and wild strawberry aromas laced with plenty of oak spice. Great density of flavour, all tightly packed in a strong, and subtle savoury package finishing with significant length. Best enjoyed with food now or given another 6 months to settle.
