Kaesler Age of Light Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Here is a slightly different take on Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon, it’s based on estate grown clones 169 and 337, and is just 13% alc/vol. So lower in alcohol with more bright high energy red fruits evident on both the nose and palate. This was an excellent vintage in the Barossa and as a result Cabernet is a bright light, both seamless and beautifully integrated. It’s intense yet it delivers with medium body with a light dusty overall that complements nicely. Outstanding alternative style.
