Kilikanoon Parable Shiraz 2019

Sadly this will be the last of this wine, as Kilikanoon has decided to keep their focus exclusively on Clare. So, this cracking shiraz comes from McLaren Vale, and it is indelibly stamped with McLaren Vale DNA. Bright, fragrant red fruits with a spicy plum, dark chocolate mix. Grainy tannins and a cut of oak play a perfect supporting role to structure the palate. It’s juicy and plush with superb fruit concentration. Shame there is no more, but enjoy this one.
