Discreet, tantalising bouquet of spiced apple, pear and citrus with lifted floral aromatics. Citrus lurks on the palate, a base on which to build real depth of concentrated flavour. It’s there in early building phase at the moment with texture too. Everything is in its place. This is a gris of some class and another reason to check out some of the new releases from the outstanding 2022 vintage across most regions of South Australia.
