The use of wild fermentation in French oak has introduced a degree of deep complexity, which you often don’t find with this variety that normally expresses itself in a leaner, more restrained way. Has a typical spicy, appley pear and red apple nuanced aromatic, with a flavorsome and textured palate offering delightful drinking.
