All the vinous presence you can expect from Hills Sauvignon Blanc, tropical headiness, native bush leafiness and florals, even the smell of Asian palm sugars, all fitting neatly together to highlight the exotic nature of the variety. The palate eases back a little to allow textural senses to come into view, though never escaping the Sauvignon inspired, tropical fruit salad flavour combo and tangy finish that comes with the territory.
